Shotokan Karate is a safe, fun and appropriate activity for children of all ages and fitness levels. Campers increase flexibility
and balance, improve coordination, and improve muscle tone while having fun. No experience necessary.

Chess is one of the "old world" board games becoming popular with youth. About an hour each day campers learn the
moves and develop strategies for beginning, middle and end game. Appropriate for novice to experienced player.

Yoga stretches will be part of each camp day, 45 minutes in the
morning and 45 minutes in the afternoon. Music and some games are incorporated into each lesson, making it a very popular
camp activity. We provide yoga mats.

Although most of the camp day is composed of movement, art projects
are fun and creative times for campers to relax and socialize. Each day a new art activity will be offered both morning
and afternoon for about one hour.
